TAKE FIVE

When creating this wooden mobile, I was inspired by the instrumental jazz single “Take Five” by Dave Brubeck. In a jazz song every instrument has its own flow and sound but together all the instruments create one song. In my mobile each piece has its own shape and internal movement, but the mobile moves all the shapes around each other creating a greater unified movement.
